Aromatherapy Massage
We offer both back, neck, shoulder and full body massages. We use aromatherapy oils to help improve and balance you both emotionally and physically while helping you to take time out for yourself. Your muscles will feel relaxed and your health and wellbeing improved.
Swedish Massage
We offer both back, neck, shoulder and full body treatments. Swedish massage techniques are designed to sooth your muscles, improve circulation and feel more relaxed. We can customise the treatment to your specific needs to ease away the tension in the body. This is also a great treatment for sciatica.
Deep Tissue & Sports Massage
We offer both back, neck, shoulder and full body deep tissue massages performed by Steve Sutton our specialist Sports and Deep Tissue Specialist.
Detox Full Body Massage
Our full body therapeutic massage uses a detox oil consisting of organic sunflower base with juniper, orange, patchouli and jojoba, which will help to eliminate toxins and cleanse the body.
Altea Firming Hip & Thigh
This treatment involves a scrub, exfoliation and firm massage. We will then apply a firming mask onto the hip and thigh area, whilst this is working we will carry out a back massage. Towards the end of your treatment we will use warm mitts to remove the mask and then moisturise the area.
Mother to be Massage & Facial Treatments
Pregnancy has a massive impact on the body and the mother-to-be needs time to relax and take care of herself. This is a blissful face and body treatment. A comforting and nurturing treatment which includes a full body massage and mini facial. Body balm is applied to the tummy to help reduce stretch-marks. This treatment is suitable for pregnancies over 12 weeks.
Hot Stone Massage Treatments
This is a type of massage using basalt stones that are a type of volcanic rock that retain heat. They are used to help relax and ease muscle tension. The therapist will hold the heated stones as they massage your body. We offer both back and neck and full body treatments.
Lava Shell Massage
Lava shell massage is a fabulous treatment for anyone with tense muscles as the heat from the shells will gently relax and sooth away knots. Thos massage also helps boosts circulation of the blood and lymph. We offer lava shells in both a back and full body treatment.
Altea Luxury Facial & Back Massage
This treatment involves a relaxing back massage and a facial using Spa Find Products. This is a very popular treatment as you will leave with muscle tension reduced and your skin will feel revitalised.
Altea Stress-buster - Relaxation Massage
This treatment involves a back exfoliation followed by a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage. Hot towels are applied to the back. This treatment also involves a blissful scalp and foot massage.
Altea Tranquility Head Massage
This scalp massage is performed whilst lying on a bed. The treatment combines blissful pressure and drainage movements. Your shoulders and neck tension will be reduced. You will feel amazing, this is a deeply relaxing experience.
Altea Body Exfoliation and Moisturise
This treatment will gently remove dead skin cells and impurities that can cause skin to appear dull and tired. We will then moisturise your body to leave it silky smooth.

Hopi Ear Candles
This is a natural therapy to draw out impurities and relieve pressure in the head and sinuses. It has an amazing effect of calming and relaxing.
Indian Head Massage
A traditional Indian head massage is performed whilst seated. It will help to relieve aches, pains and tension in your back, neck and shoulders. It stimulates the blood, lymph and oxygen in your upper body. It relieves stress and will help you sleep better.
Foot Reflexology
This is a specialist massage on the feet using thumb and finger techniques. The theory behind it is that your feet are a microsystem of the body, thereby applying pressure to specific parts of the feet you can have an effect on the corresponding part of the body. This is a truly amazing treatment which has fantastic results. It helps to relieve stress and has a calming and balancing effect on the body.
SPRAY TANNING
For a summertime glow without any skin damage, spray tanning is an appealing alternative to regular sun tanning or sun beds.
We use Crazy Angel Tanning Lotion which gives a rich, gorgeous glow and the naturally derived DHA and Erythrulose creates a fabulous, long lasting bronzed tan. The lotion is enriched with Bearberry extracts to nourish and hydrate your skin and is also alcohol, paraben and oil free - what's not to like!
